Acceptance

By downloading or using Ephemis ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Provider

Ephemis is developed and provided by David Roka, an independent developer ("we", "us"). Foxyversum is the personal publishing brand under which Ephemis is made available.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms.

Intended use

Ephemis is a planning aid for deep-sky astrophotography. Its rankings, visibility windows, and Moon and twilight calculations are estimates provided for convenience. They are not guaranteed to be accurate for navigation, safety, or any critical purpose. Always use your own judgment.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its data is complete or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
